A4i is a mobile application for individuals with psychosis spectrum illnesses to provide a safe environment to share and view tips on managing their condition. With specific tools that allow you to make the most of your appointments with your care team, track your progress with daily check-ins, and manage goals to help you continuously move forward.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Assessment
Riverside County, in partnership with the Center on Deafness Inland Empire (CODIE), conducted an online Deaf and Hard of Hearing Needs Assessment Survey to gather feedback on mental health needs from the DHoH community. The survey aimed to understand and address the unique challenges and requirements of DHoH individuals in accessing mental health services effectively.

iPrevail is a smart wellness program with a human touch. iPrevail offers a series of online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Programs through interactive guided lessons and tools, individualized one-on-one support, and access to a collection of Community Groups. iPrevail’s health and wellness programs are clinically proven and aim to improve your mental health and build resilience against life’s challenges.
La CLAve partnered with Riverside County to deliver mental health wellness to the Spanish-speaking community using the TakemyHand app. La CLAve is an initiative to help families and loved ones identify mental health issues and to encourage seeking timely treatment. The program is delivered in English and Spanish with a cultural and linguistic sensitivity that nurtures awareness of the signs of mental health issues and reduces stigma for the Spanish-speaking community to get the help they need.
Man Therapy partnered with Riverside County to deliver mental health wellness to men aged 45 years and older using the County’s TakeMyHand app. Man Therapy is an evidence-based tool designed to reduce stigma around mental health, increase health seeking-behavior and reduce suicidal ideation for men 45 years and older.
MindLAMP is a customizable app designed to help individuals Learn, Assess, Manage, and Prevent mental illness. Thus mindLAMP supports customizable educational materials, reminders, and surveys as well as management activities like mindfulness, a DBT diary card, and an interactive dashboard to track progress. Users can schedule activities and reminders on MindLAMP, or use it in an on demand manner.
Mindstrong provides 24/7 access to mental health care from your smartphone through a dedicated care team and technology to track your emotional well-being.
myStrength offers personalized digital tools to help improve mental health and overall well-being. The myStrength experience provides evidence-based in the moment coping tools, structed personalized plans with access hundreds of resources to manage stress, boost your mood, and feel inspired to take on the day. myStrength offers self-care resources for your mind, body and spirit, available whenever and wherever it’s best for you.
Recovery Record is an eating disorder app piloted by Riverside County to support individuals recovering from eating disorders. The app integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with self-monitoring, skills training, and progress tracking.
TakemyHand™(County Branded Tool)
TakemyHand™ provides a peer-to-peer live chat interface using the internet, that utilizes the practice of mutual peer-to-peer supportive relationships that are welcoming and inclusive to engage community members in real-time conversations about wellness, building resiliency when life is difficult, and explores the recovery process for those who may struggle with emotional difficulties and/or substance use challenges.
WellScreen Monterey (County Branded Tool)
WellScreen Monterey is a screening tool that refers consumers to local mental health services and resources.
Whole Person Health Score (County Branded Tool)
The Whole Person Health Score (WPHS) assessment tool is a screening tool consisting of 28-questions focused on Physical Health, Emotional Health, Resource Utilization, Socioeconomics, Ownership and Activation, and Nutrition and Lifestyle. The tool is used to identify client health needs and to track health over time. This helps providers provide the support clients need.

The Collaborative provided devices such as cell phones and tablets. Other programs and services included: Digital Mental Health Literacy (DMHL) training delivered through workshops and Tech Support programs, community sub-grants, and programs for specific target populations.
