Help@Hand Innovation Project

Help@Hand is a statewide project of 14 California Counties and Cities that share the same goal; to improve the mental health of California communities by using new technology and programs to improve the behavioral health care system.

Additionally, this project intends to offer different populations (rural, youth, Spanish speaking, etc.) free access to mobile applications (apps) that give these communities information on the signs and symptoms of mental illness, help make the early identification of emotional/behavioral destabilization better, help connect people with mental health resources as soon as they need it.

Mindstrong Logo

Mindstrong is a mobile app available on both iOS and Android smartphones. It provides you access to 24/7 care to support your mental health goals through in-app text messaging or telehealth.
